Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:
– All bookings are subject to availability.
– To confirm a reservation, full payment or a specified deposit must be made within the stipulated time.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

– Any cancellation charges or fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Vehicle Rental:
– The rented vehicle shall be used solely for the agreed-upon purposes and within the designated geographical area unless otherwise approved by Himalayan Yatra.
– The client is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as received, barring reasonable wear and tear.

4. Driver Services:
– Our drivers are experienced and licensed professionals, committed to ensuring safe and comfortable travel.
– Clients are expected to treat the drivers with respect and adhere to local laws and regulations during the journey.

5. Liability and Insurance:
– Himalayan Yatra shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or third-party actions.
– Clients are encouraged to obtain suitable travel insurance to cover unforeseen events or emergencies during their trip.

6. Changes to Itinerary:
– Himalayan Yatra reserves the right to modify itineraries, vehicle assignments, or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements. Reasonable alternatives will be provided in such cases.

7. Compliance with Laws:
– Clients are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and customs of the regions visited during their travel with Himalayan Yatra.

8. Personal Belongings:
– Clients are advised to take care of their personal belongings. Himalayan Yatra is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the trip.

9. Feedback and Complaints:
– We welcome feedback to improve our services. Any complaints or issues during the trip should be brought to our attention promptly to allow us to address them effectively.

10. Governing Law:
– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Himalayan Yatra operates.

By engaging in a booking or availing of services from Himalayan Yatra Travel Agent, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
